How did I get into mediation?
I have repeatedly encountered various types of conflict, particularly in my professional context. I have noticed how conflicts can have a major impact on everyday working life, how some parties to a conflict suffer for years, how employees leave the company because of a conflict, how projects hit the wall /go to the wall and business relationships are canceled.
However, in my work as a team coach, I have also experienced that conflicts can be resolved through good and open communication and appropriate communication skills.
I am convinced that many conflicting parties can find a solution to their conflict if they set out to do so and are well supported. Over the years, I have made mediation a personal favorite.
I qualified as a certified mediator at zweisicht in Freiburg.
What characterizes myself as a mediator?
Thanks to my calm and well-balanced personality, I create an atmosphere in which open communication is possible and all issues can be addressed. I truly want to understand the different perspectives and intentions of the conflicting parties and provide the necessary atmosphere for this to happen.
My focus Areas in Mediation
The main focus of my work as a mediator is on conflicts in a business context. This includes, for example, conflicts between colleagues, employees and managers, shareholders and conflicts in team settings.
However, I am also increasingly using my experience as a mediator to resolve conflicts in private, family and school environments.
What I do when I'm not doing mediation
I work as a coach and trainer. Furthermore I support companies in successfully implementing agile organizational development. You can find more details at: margitpeters.de
